The hotel chain is currently being sued in the High Court by hundreds of guests over alleged illnesses linked to hygiene failures. Another hotel in Turkey saw repeated complaints from guests about sexual harassment by male staff. The AI summary, however, described the service as friendly with only a few lapses. Someone booking based solely on that overview would have no clue about the horrors that occurred there.
